United Financial Solutions Group Do-It-Yourself Loan Modification Software Agreement This Agreement (“Agreement”) is by and between United Financial Solutions Group an Arizona corporation and you, your heirs, agents, successors and assigns (You), and is made effective as of the date of electronic execution. This Agreement sets forth the terms, conditions and services (“Services”) and explains United Financial Solutions Group’s obligations to you and your obligations in relation to the software you purchase. 1. I/WE the above listed borrower/co-borrower (Hereinafter referred to as HOMEOWNER) are: 2. Owner/residents of real property located at the common address: listed above 3. HOMEOWNER does hereby agree to purchase and complete on their own the Do-It-Yourself Software Loan Modification from United Financial Solutions Group, an Arizona Corporation (hereinafter referred to as UFSG) : Mortgage Company: listed above 4. The HOMEOWNER decided to use UFSG’s Loss mitigation do-it-yourself loan modification software to procure a modification from the lender/bank. 5. The HOMEOWNER agrees not to use UFSG’s underwrinting services United Financial Solutions Group is not obligated to provide assistance in securing said offer. United Financial Solutions Group has not nor does not make any guarantee as to the outcome of the loan modification software either way. 6. This power of appointment provides for no partial or full working arrangement to assist HOMEOWNER in securing said offer. The HOMEOWNER signifies by purchasing this software on UFSG's website to the terms and conditions of this agreement. 7. The parties to this agree that this personal appointment does not create personal liability on the part of United Financial Solutions Group for the debts of the HOMEOWNER. United Financial Solutions Group’s liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount of the fee received by United Financial Solutions Group in connection with the software. 8. The HOMEOWNER has been presented with the option of using our online loan modification software to procure a modification from said lender and has agreed to complete said software on his/her own which eliminates any liability for UFSG in the modification process. The fee for this service is $595 and is payable prior to gaining access to said software. The purchase of this software includes minor technical support assistance to help the HOMEOWNER through difficult portions of this software, but nothing more. 9. The HOMEOWNER has the option, after completing the online modification software, to hire UFSG for additional support services with additional fees. 10. United Financial Solutions Group will not work with the lender on HOMEOWNER’s behalf to analyze the loan or find a workable solution to offer a plan to bring the HOMEOWNER(s) current with payments. Whichever plan is offered will be determined from financial information provided by HOMEOWNER and will not exceed HOMEOWNER’s budget as long as all information given by HOMEOWNER is accurate. 11. United Financial Solutions Group will not communicate with lender on HOMEOWNER’s behalf. It is up to the lender's descretion to approve or decline said HOMEOWNER for a plan. If a plan is offered either verbally or in writing one of the following 1.) Modification plan 2.) special forbearance 3.) partial claim plan 4.)repayment plan. If software should fail United Financial Solutions Group has options that may help the HOMEOWNER such as 5.) Short Sale 6.) Deed-in-Lieu 7) Forensic Analysis 8)Debt Settlement. 12. HOMEOWNER verifies that, (property address) has not been sold at a foreclosure auction and HOMEOWNER is NOT currently in a work out solution with current lender or has informed United Financial Solutions Group of such information. HOMEOWNER is not currently in Bankruptcy and has informed United Financial Solutions Group of any known pending sale date on property address listed above. 13. HOMEOWNER understands that failure to communicate or provide requested information in a prompt and timely manner terminates this Agreement. If this Agreement is terminated by HOMEOWNER’s action or lack of action then United Financial Solutions Group is relieved of all responsibility, obligations and liability of fulfilling the terms of this Agreement and HOMEOWNER forfeit any and all fees paid. 14. HOMEOWNER agrees that if United Financial Solutions Group s work, if any, is compromised that HOMEOWNER forfeits all fees paid to United Financial Solutions Group. 15. HOMEOWNER agrees that United Financial Solutions Group may use and rely on an any information provided by HOMEOWNER for all purposes in connection with this Agreement, subject to United Financial Solutions Group’s Privacy Policy. If HOMEOWNER provides any information that is inaccurate, not current, false, misleading or incomplete, or if United Financial Solutions Group has reasonable grounds to suspect that HOMEOWNER information is inaccurate, not current, false, misleading or incomplete, United Financial Solutions Group has the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to terminate its Services and close HOMEOWNER’s account. 16. It is understood and agreed that HOMEOWNER has a right of Cancellation under the terms of this Agreement for a period of 3 days from the date of this Agreement. Cancellation within 3 days will result in a rebate less ACH Fees charged. If cancellation is requested after 3 days the reason must be reviewed by management of United Financial Solutions Group. If cancellation is requested after the submittal of the software the HOMEOWNER forfeits any and all fees paid. If the determination of the loan medication software is that the HOMEOWNER is ineligible for a modification the refund will be $495. 17. Parties agree that this Agreement is the entire agreement and that there are no other agreements or understandings other than what is written herein. Rebates must be applied for within 14 business days of the initial request to United Financial Solutions Group. 18. United Financial Solutions Group has disclosed to HOMEOWNER that United Financial Solutions Group is NOT an attorney and that no legal advice can or will be given. Upon signing this agreement HOMEOWNER agrees that providing any information that is inaccurate, not current, false, misleading or incomplete, or if United Financial Solutions Group has reasonable grounds to suspect that HOMEOWNER’s information is inaccurate, not current, false, misleading or incomplete, United Financial Solutions Group has the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to terminate its Services and the HOMEOWNER forfeit any and all fees paid.

United Financial Solutions Group We-Do-It Loan Modification Software Agreement This Agreement (“Agreement”) is by and between United Financial Solutions Group an Arizona corporation and you, your heirs, agents, successors and assigns (You), and is made effective as of the date of electronic execution. This Agreement sets forth the terms, conditions and services (“Services”) and explains United Financial Solutions Group’s obligations to you and your obligations in relation to the software you purchase. 3. HOMEOWNER does hereby agree to purchase this software and hire United Financial Solutions Group, an Arizona Corporation (hereinafter referred to as UFSG) : 4. The HOMEOWNER has decided to use UFSG’s Data Entry support services for the loan modification software. 5. The HOMEOWNER agrees to allow UFSG’s data entry professionals to enter hardship and financial data for the HOMEOWNER. The HOMEOWNER will be responsible for reviewing the data for errors before completing the software. United Financial Solutions Group is not obligated to provide assistance in securing said offer. United Financial Solutions Group has not nor does not make any guarantee as to the outcome of the loan modification software either way. 6. This power of appointment provides for no partial or full working arrangement to assist HOMEOWNER in securing said offer. United Financial Solutions Group Underwriter Support Agreement This Agreement (“Agreement”) is by and between United Financial Solutions Group an Arizona corporation and you, your heirs, agents, successors and assigns (You), and is made effective as of the date of electronic execution. This Agreement sets forth the terms, conditions and services (“Services”) and explains United Financial Solutions Group’s obligations to you and your obligations in relation to the services you purchase. 1. HOMEOWNER does hereby appoint United Financial Solutions Group, an Arizona Corporation (hereinafter referred to as UFSG) to act as my/our agent in assisting with supporting the modification process and helping solve certain problems relating to a mortgage loan 2. If the HOMEOWNER will use UFSG’s Underwriting support services the purpose of this Agreement is to assist the HOMEOWNER with mortgage company in order to cure a mortgage default on the above reference property. 3. United Financial Solutions Group is obligated to provide assistance in this process, but not be a deciding factor in the outcome of the process. United Financial Solutions Group has not nor does not make any guarantee as to the outcome of its efforts either way. 4. This power of appointment provides for a partial or full working arrangement to assist HOMEOWNER in securing said offer. 5. The parties to this agree that this personal appointment does not create personal liability on the part of United Financial Solutions Group for the debts of the HOMEOWNER. United Financial Solutions Group’s liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount of the fee received by United Financial Solutions Group in connection with the services rendered. 6. It is understood and agreed that the total consideration for this Agreement shall consist of payments as follows: 7. The total fee for this service is $1195.00 with Half the fee to be collected to secure an underwriter, gain access to the online self-service portal and allow United Financial Solutions Group to speak with the lender on the HOMEOWNER’S behalf (NOA). 8. The assigned underwriter will ensure that everything that can be done to improve the HOMEOWNER’S chances of obtaining a loan modification from the lender is and will be done. If it has been determined by reviewing the data provided by the HOMEOWNER that the home is not affordable, the HOMEOWNER will be referred to our Short Sale department for consideration. 9. The HOMEOWNER has been presented with the option of using our online loan modification software to procure a modification from said lender and has agreed to complete said software on his/her or with our support. The agreements in conjunction with each service have been signed separately from this agreement and are lawful and enforceable in addition to this agreement. 10. United Financial Solutions Group will speak with lender on HOMEOWNER’s behalf to analyze the hardship packet, submit the hardship packet to the lender, maintain weekly contact with the lender for updates, keep the self-service portal up-to-date, handle any correspondence sent from the bank to the HOMEOWNER and keep the homeowner informed of the status of the file on a weekly basis. A support representative will also keep in touch with the HOMEOWNER to help them answer questions, troubleshoot portal access issues and keep them updated on the progress of the file until a workable solution to offer a plan to bring the HOMEOWNER(s) current with payments. Whichever plan is offered will be determined from financial information provided by HOMEOWNER, will be solely determined by the bank and not exceed HOMEOWNER’s budget as long as all information given by HOMEOWNER is accurate. 11. United Financial Solutions Group will communicate with lender on HOMEOWNER’s behalf until client is offered either verbally or in writing one of the following 1.) Modification plan 2.) special forbearance 3.) partial claim plan 4.)repayment plan. If negotiation proceeding should fail United Financial Solutions Group will continue to work with the HOMEOWNER on other solutions to pursue such as 5.) Short Sale 6.) Deed-in-Lieu 7)Debt Settlement 8)Forensic Analysis. 12. HOMEOWNER verifies that, (property address) has not been sold at a foreclosure auction and HOMEOWNER is NOT currently in a work out solution with current lender or has informed United Financial Solutions Group of such information. HOMEOWNER is not currently in Bankruptcy and has informed United Financial Solutions Group of any known pending sale date on property address listed above. 13. HOMEOWNER understands that if a sale date is discovered by United Financial Solutions Group or its representatives and the standard fee has been charged HOMEOWNER is authorizing, by signing this agreement, that United Financial Solutions Group can debit/collect an additional $200 increase for services needed. 14. HOMEOWNER understands that failure to communicate or provide requested information in a prompt and timely manner terminates this Agreement. If this Agreement is terminated by HOMEOWNER’s action or lack of action then United Financial Solutions Group is relieved of all responsibility, obligations and liability of fulfilling the terms of this Agreement and HOMEOWNER forfeit any and all fees paid. 15. HOMEOWNER agrees that if United Financial Solutions Group s work is compromised or other cures to the default are made that HOMEOWNER forfeits all fees paid to United Financial Solutions Group. 16. HOMEOWNER agrees that United Financial Solutions Group may use and rely on an any information provided by HOMEOWNER for all purposes in connection with this Agreement, subject to United Financial Solutions Group’s Privacy Policy. If HOMEOWNER provides any information that is inaccurate, not current, false, misleading or incomplete, or if United Financial Solutions Group has reasonable grounds to suspect that HOMEOWNER information is inaccurate, not current, false, misleading or incomplete, United Financial Solutions Group has the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to terminate its Services and close HOMEOWNER’s account. 17. It is understood and agreed that HOMEOWNER has a right of Cancellation under the terms of this Agreement for a period of 3 days from the date of this Agreement. Cancellation within 3 days will result in a rebate less ACH Fees charged. If cancellation is requested after 3 days a rebate form must be completed and reviewed by management of United Financial Solutions Group. If cancellation is requested during the underwriting period of this agreement the HOMEOWNER forfeits any and all fees paid. If the determination of the loan medication software is that the HOMEOWNER is ineligible for a modification the refund will be $495 for that service. 18. HOMEOWNER allows United Financial Solutions Group to transmit mortgage loan number by e-mail. 19. If non-payment by the HOMEOWNER of the 2nd half of the $1195 fee occurs and a collection action is started, HOMEOWNER agrees to pay United Financial Solutions Group and additional fee of two (2) times the total fee agreed upon plus costs as additional compensation for collection. 20. If homeowner payments are declined, HOMEOWNER agrees to pay United Financial Solutions Group $35.00 per an incident. Fees are due on demand. 21. Parties agree that this Agreement is the entire agreement and that there are no other agreements or understandings other than what is written herein. Rebates must be applied for within 14 business days to United Financial Solutions Group. 22. United Financial Solutions Group has disclosed to HOMEOWNER that United Financial Solutions Group is NOT an attorney and that no legal advice can or will be given. Upon signing this agreement HOMEOWNER agrees that providing any information that is inaccurate, not current, false, misleading or incomplete, or if United Financial Solutions Group has reasonable grounds to suspect that HOMEOWNER’s information is inaccurate, not current, false, misleading or incomplete, United Financial Solutions Group has the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to terminate its Services and the HOMEOWNER forfeit any and all fees paid.

If there are any changes to the specified pay dates, United Financial Solutions Group LLC must be notified 24 hours in advance or else collections will be pursued and late fees and/or attorney fees will be applied and charged to account for not obliging to agreement.
