StopMyForeclosure Agreement This Agreement (“Agreement”) is by and between Abbottsford, Inc. (Abbotsford) a Illinois corporation and you, your heirs, agents, successors and assigns (“You), and is made effective as of the date of electronic execution. This Agreement sets forth the terms, conditions and services (“Services”) and explains Abbottsford’s obligations to you and your obligations in relation to the services you purchase. 1. I/WE the above mentioned/ StopMyForeclosure.net) (Hereinafter referred to as HOMEOWNER) are; 2. Owner/residents of real property located at the above common address: 3. HOMEOWNER does hereby appoint Abbotsford, an Illinois Corporation (hereinafter referred to as StopMyForeclosure.net) to act as my/our agent in assisting with resolution of certain problems relating to a mortgage loan with: Mortgage Company: ( listed above ) 4. The purpose of this Agreement is to affect an offer from the HOMEOWNER’S mortgage company in order to cure a mortgage default on the above reference property. This power of appointment provides for a full working arrangement to assist HOMEOWNER in securing said offer. StopMyForeclosure.net is obligated to provide assistance on a best efforts basis to effectuate said cure. Abbotsford/StopMyForeclosure.net has not nor does not make any guarantee as to the outcome of its efforts. 5. The parties to this agree that this personal appointment does not create personal liability on the part of StopMyForeclosure.net for the debts of the HOMEOWNER. StopMyForeclosure.net liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount of the fee received by StopMyForeclosure.net in connection with the services rendered. 6. It is understood and agreed that the total consideration for this Agreement shall consist of payment as follows: Total fee to be collected (listed above) (installment deposits specified on credit card authorization agreement). 7. It is understood that StopMyForeclosure.net will work with lender on HOMEOWNER’s behalf to analyze the loan and find a workable solution to stop foreclosure proceedings and offer a plan to bring HOMEOWNER’s current with payments. Whichever plan is offered will be based off of financial information provided by HOMEOWNER’s and will not supersede HOMEOWNER’s budget as long as all information given by HOMEOWNER is accurate. 8. StopMyForeclosure.net will negotiate on HOMEOWNER’s behalf until client is offered either verbally or in writing one of the following 1.) Modification plan 2.) special forbearance 3.) partial claim plan 4.)repayment plan (When the negotiator secures one of these workout packages with the lender and HOMEOWMER rejects the package to explore another option , either 5.) Short Sale 6.) Deed-in-Lieu there will be additional charges. 9. HOMEOWNER understands that they are responsible to list property for short sale with a realtor and the realtor to find a buyer for the property. 10. HOMEOWNER verifies that, (property address) has not been sold at a foreclosure auction and HOMEOWNER is NOT currently in a work out solution with current lender or has informed negotiator of such information. HOMEOWNER is not currently in Bankruptcy and has informed StopMyForeclosure.net of any known pending sale date on property address listed above. 11. HOMEOWNER understands that if a sale date is discovered by StopMyForeclosure.net or its representatives and the standard fee has been charged HOMEOWNER is authorizing, by signing this agreement, that StopMyForeclosure.net can debit/collect an additional $200 increase for services needed. 12. HOMEOWNER understands that failure to communicate or provide requested information in a prompt and timely manner terminates this Agreement. If this Agreement is terminated by HOMEOWNER’s action or lack of action then StopMyForeclosure.net is relieved of all responsibility, obligations and liability of fulfilling the terms of this Agreement and HOMEOWNER forfeit any and all fees paid. 13. HOMEOWNER agrees that if StopMyForeclosure.net’s work is compromised or other cures to the default are made that HOMEOWNER forfeits all fees paid Abbotsford/StopMyForeclosure.net 14. HOMEOWNER agrees that StopMyForeclosure.net may use and rely on any information provided by HOMEOWNER for all purposes in connection with this Agreement, subject to StopMyForeclosure.net Privacy Policy. If HOMEOWNER provides any information that is inaccurate, not current, false, misleading or incomplete, or if Stopmyforeclosure.net has reasonable grounds to suspect that HOMEOWNER information is inaccurate, not current, false, misleading or incomplete, StopMyForeclosure.net has the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to terminate its Services and close HOMEOWNER’s account. 15. It is understood and agreed that HOMEOWNER has a right of Cancellation under the terms of this Agreement for a period of 3 days from the date of this Agreement. Cancellation within 3 days will result in a rebate less ACH Fees charged plus a $50 fee for the hardship documents. If cancellation is requested after 3 days a rebate form must be completed and reviewed by management or StopMyForeclosure.net there will be a minimum cancellation fee of $250 plus time committed to working on the file. If cancellation is requested during the negotiation period of this agreement the HOMEOWNER forfeits any and all fees paid. 16. HOMEOWNER allows StopMyForeclosure.net to transmit mortgage loan number by e-mail. 17. HOMEOWNER Agrees to pay quoted fees in full prior to being assigned a professional negotiator. 18. If non-payment by the HOMEOWNER occurs and a collection action is started, HOMEOWNER agrees to pay StopMyForeclosure.net and additional fee of two (2) times the total fee agreed upon plus costs as additional compensation for collection. 19. If homeowner payments are returned, HOMEOWNER agrees to pay StopMyForeclosure.net $35.00 per an incident. Fees are due on demand. 20. Parties agree that this Agreement is the entire agreement and that there are no other agreements or understandings other than what is written herein. 21. StopMyForeclosure.net agrees to rebate the HOMEOWNER up to one-half (1/2) of the “Submission Fee” should efforts not secure an offer from the mortgage company. Rebates must be applied for within 14 business days of the closing of the file by StopMyForeclosure.net. 22. StopMyForeclosure.net has disclosed to HOMEOWNER that StopMyForeclosure.net is NOT an attorney and that no legal advice can or will be given. Upon signing this agreement HOMEOWNER agrees that providing any information that is inaccurate, not current, false, misleading or incomplete, or if Stopmyforeclosure.net has reasonable grounds to suspect that HOMEOWNER’s information is inaccurate, not current, false, misleading or incomplete, StopMyForeclosure.net has the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to terminate its Services and the HOMEOWNER forfeit any and all fees paid.

I also agree that StopMyForeclosure.net is authorized to charge my credit/debit card or accept Money Gram payments for the amounts and dates specified herein. Final payment must be scheduled no later than 2 weeks after the 1st payment is accepted.

After speaking with the above listed client, we will process your credit card/atm debit card with your given written permission to StopMyForeclosure.net/Abbotsford LLC to draft deposits on the above specified dates in the amounts specified. This letter is to inform you of the said agreement between client and StopMyForeclosure.net or Abbotsford LLC and to pay said charges for our services on the specified dates. This agreement authorizes StopMyForeclosure.net or Abbotsford LLC to process the payments on the agreed upon dates. If there are any changes to the specified pay dates, StopMyForeclosure.net or Abbotsford LLC must be notified 24 hours in advance or else collections will be pursued and late fees and/or attorney fees will be applied and charged to account for not obliging to agreement. We accept Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Discover/Pre-Paid credit card and Money Gram If you are paying with a Money Gram this can be done at any local Wal-Mart customer service Counter. Tell them that you would like to send a Money Gram with Account Now to this account. If you wish to change a payment date you must contact our office within 24 hours of the date the payment is scheduled to be processed. If for any reason your payment is rejected or declined StopMyForeclosure.net reserves the right to cancel your file without notice and you will forfeit any and all fees paid.
