database and your payments will be scheduled. Once your initial fee is
processed and approved we will move forward and have your personal

foreclosure process and then begin the next step. 2. The hardship process will begin with hardship documents being sent
to you or an in-depth interview being scheduled with our negotiation team.
Building out the hardship packet is extremely important as the information
