1. Please fill out the enrollment relief forms below.  They will be reviewed by our enrollment team. Once we receive your enrollment forms you will be considered a client and entered into our database where we will keep meticulous records of your file status. Your credit card or money gram payment agreement information will be entered into our accounting database and your payments will be scheduled. Once your initial fee is processed and approved we will move forward and have your personal negotiator contact your lender, on your behalf, to postpone the foreclosure process and then begin the next step.

2. The hardship process will begin with hardship documents being sent to you or an in-depth interview being scheduled with our negotiation team. Building out the hardship packet is extremely important as the information obtained in these documents will be used to build a professional hardship application to use in negotiations with your lender.
